Art+Life+Color does not operate on a sale or return basis, and each item is made to order, therefore all sales are final. If however, your item is faulty, or not what you ordered, it may be exchanged.
In that case that your item is faulty, please note that all items must be returned as new in salable condition and in the original packaging. Please wait for authorization from an Art+Life+Color representative before scheduling your shipment. The responsibility for the return delivery, and costs lie with the customer unless items are faulty. Upon return, the items will be inspected and a refund/exchange will be given within 15 working days after it is received. We also suggest that you obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us. Always include proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt) and a description of why you are returning it.
Faulty or damaged items:
You must contact us within 7 days of the date of delivery if any of the items are faulty or are not as ordered. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will accept no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery. Items that we agree are faulty or not as ordered will be replaced at no extra charge. If an exact replacement is not possible a credit will be issued.
Art+Life+Color will not accept returns of items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent. As stated above, we will only accept returns (including those deemed faulty) in original packaging.
